Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of how using TraderOps works.
What TraderOps is
TraderOps is software that runs your own trading strategies and places orders through your own broker account. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and does not provide trading tips, signals or recommendations. You decide what to trade.
Your account and access
You connect your existing broker via an API connection that lets TraderOps place orders. You can revoke that access at your broker at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access secure, and for the trades your strategies place.
No guarantee of outcome
Trading involves risk, and you can lose money. TraderOps makes no promise about profits, returns or the performance of any strategy. Software and markets can fail; while TraderOps is built to reduce and contain failures, it cannot eliminate them.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as a flat monthly fee, not a share of your turnover. Prices shown on the site are examples until final pricing is confirmed.
This is a summary, not the final agreement. The complete Terms of Service will be published and take effect before launch.
