To run your strategies we store your account details, the strategies and settings you create, your broker connection tokens, and a record of the runs, orders and events those strategies produce.
Your money stays at your broker
TraderOps never holds your funds or shares — they stay in your broker account. Our connection places orders through your account; it does not move money.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the service, place and reconcile your orders, keep the event log, support you, and keep the system secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Your control
You can revoke the broker connection at your broker at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account data. Details of how to request this will be listed here.
